Role description

You’ll be working within an International SOS team under the guidance of Dr Katie Geary to review the availability of clinical quality metrics including accreditation data in key countries used by TRICARE beneficiaries, whilst gaining an understanding of the relevance of data for clinical quality assessment of providers relevant to a transient population.

Main activities

  • Ascertain the availability, or otherwise, of national and provider level clinical quality metrics including accreditation sources and data;
  • Help establish a framework for the collection, data input and maintenance of these clinical quality metrics;
  • Help define an appropriate approach to analysis of clinical quality metrics to produce a standardised assessment matrix for the Overseas environment relevant to the Overseas environment and TRICARE beneficiary population;
  • Assist in the establishment of a “right-sized” provider network for TRICARE beneficiaries for International SOS;
  • The defined success criteria are to contribute to International SOS’ existing project on defining and producing clinical quality metrics for their provider network. This may include (but is not limited to) written reports and analyses as well as attendance at and contribution to meetings
