Role description
GIRO is a company based in Montreal, that main goal is to provide an operational software for logistic in public transport and transportation companies. The functional analyst will be responsible to be the bridge between GIRO’s software development team and their customers. He will have to understand the value proposition and the different technical aspects of the software in order to present a software solution to the clients and help them implement it properly.
Main activities
Understand the client’s needs in term of operational logistics
Present to the client the software solution proposed by GIRO
Prepare specific documents with functional and organic solution
Explain all software development needs to the programming and developer team
Approve all changes in the development of the software solution
Configure, modify and test the updates done by the programming team
Facilitate trainings at the client’s location for the updated software
Prepare and deliver sessions and software test for the operational managers of the client
Must be willing to travel 5 times throughout the year to Germany (all expenses paid)
