Role description
BBTV IS A MEDIA-TECH COMPANY that is advancing the world through the creation, distribution, management and monetization of content. We are looking for an intern to coordinate and communicate with external vendors to manage various programs at BBTV including office supplies, facility and security, health and wellness, and maintenance requirements for the building.
Main activities

Calendar and scheduling management for boardrooms and other office utilities

Welcome guests, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person

Manage BBTV health, safety & security program for all employees, in collaboration with HR senior mgt
