Role description

The role of the Talent attraction specialist is to identify effective sourcing channels which attract the best talent into the organisation. You will work closely with the Talent Manager to define and implement a talent and social media attraction strategy for key roles across Europe. You will also support with planning open days, attending careers events and providing market insights.

Main activities

Identify and leverage available sourcing channels to maximize direct hiring capabilities;

Ensure talent pools are created and managed for key roles across the business;

Work closely with stakeholders and recruitment team to define and implement social media strategy, including Facebook, Linked in and Instagram for key hires;

Design and create compelling content to attract high caliber candidates and raise brand awareness;

Work with the corporate marketing team to establish employer brand both internally and externally;

Identify networking opportunities/events and recruitment fairs relevant for key roles ;

Provide market insight and report on trends in recruitment and talent attraction;

Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies;

Support recruitment team with assessment days and marketing/Linked in campaigns;

Provide reports and insights where requested and keep accurate records on Excel.
