Visa Type: Tier 5 Visa. NOTE: You must have graduated within the past 3 years or be currently enrolled in a higher degree education course to be eligible for this visa.

EU nationals preferred, but if non- EU : Tier 5 visa is sponsored by AIESEC UK (note that cost of 235 GBP for visa application + 300 GBP for Health Insurance is covered by the intern, if coming from non-EU country)

Role description

This role is part of the Group Design team responsible for a wide variety of UX Design Tasks. You will work closely with colleagues and external suppliers; you will ensure high UX design standards are maintained and tight deadlines met. You will be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, taking a proactive role to support business growth whilst enabling you to develop your career.

Main activities

Understand product specifications and user psychology

Actively participate and collaborate on Design Sprints

Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

Create personas through user research and data

Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success

Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes around customer needs

Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs

Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
