Role description

The incumbent is responsible for supporting Singapore Sales & Marketing teams in developing and driving new businesses within the assigned industrial verticals, from lead generation through to close. [Important] We will revise candidates constantly and proceed further with the process, so early applications are encouraged.

Main activities

Execute activities that enable the achievement of sales opportunities closure which includes executing actions plans and sales schedules on specific targets via physical and virtual follow ups.

Plan strategies, jointly with Head of Sales & Marketing, that support the achievement of new businesses for Singapore Division by analyzing and identifying business opportunities to sell and upsell.

Timely update of sales pipelines status to accurately project the estimated close sales period of the identified opportunities.

Focus on client centricity to cultivate, maintain and enhance client relationships by providing support, information, guidance and follow up on required sales activities whenever is appropriate.

Participate in relevant sales and/or marketing events as deemed required by Head of Sales & Marketing to obtain sales leads.

Strong focus on administration by ensuring client related documentation, invoicing and entries within relevant systems are being managed accordingly in existing systems (e.g. SalesForce.com).

Collaborate with relevant teams such as Commercial Services team to develop competitive pricing that will enable the winning of the opportunities that has been targeted.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal and/or external education workshops, trainings, briefing sessions and/or external events as arranged by the Head of Sales & Marketing.
