Role description

As an administrative assistant, completing the jobs given by manager. Travelling domestic and international destinations for business affairs. Supporting and contributing manager’s English language improvement

Main activities

Organizing manager’s appointments.

Answering customers’ phone calls.

Contributing manager’s English language improvement.

Welcoming and meeting up foreign guests.

Health Insurance

Before intern comes to Turkey, s/he needs to have a travel insurance for 1 month. Please don’t get any health insurance in your own country because it won’t be valid here in Turkey You have to take private health insurance in Turkey for the residence permit, it will cost 500-600 Turkish Liras
