Role description

LHH is looking for a qualified Knowledge Management Analyst to join our Sales Operations and Enablement team. This role is specifically to help create an impactful, engaging and sustainable sellers playbook. The key objective of the time at LHH will be to review, develop and organize existing content under a more effective umbrella that follows the LHH sales process framework. It will be critical to create a library of content with elements including processes, materials, tips &best practice

Main activities

Review, develop and organize existing content under a more effective umbrella

Working with the SVP Sales Transformation, Learning & Development

Work on your own as well as in a team, to tight deadlines and manage several stakeholders

Identify cross-cutting themes in business language as part of the building of the playbook
