Role description

As a L&D Specialist you will provide a broad range of Human Resources support to the HR Learning + Development Director as well as supports HR department in implementing programs to ensure a positive employee experience in partnership with HR operations.

Main activities

Performs administrative work including scheduling, maintaining learning + development records, monthly reporting and analysis/trending for post training evaluations;

Manages HR Learning + Development training daily records on shared intranet site to ensure records are kept current and available for monthly reporting to Group and Regional stakeholders;

Helps to prepare monthly HR reports for Group and Regional stakeholders using standardized template to complete; includes maintaining daily training records for monthly reporting;

Maintains and analyzes monthly Learning + Development post training reports for trends and works on projects to revise learning event;

Assists with HR Learning + Development expense submission and tracking for reporting purposes;

Learning + Development Events on and off-site to ensure a successful learning event and new hire orientation;

Acts as the point person for HR communications creating meaningful content in line with the Company’s values, ensuring the proper distribution channels and storage on the HR site for Learning + Development Events;

Supports HR landing page of the intranet site to ensure the content is fresh, accurate and current;

Drives special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information and fulfilling transactions;
