As Technical Program Manager, you’ll drive transformative impacts through improving the use of analytics and execution. Our charter requires us to Prevent, Detect and Remediate risk across Financial, Regulatory, Trade, Privacy, Anti-Corruption risk areas while transforming how we execute risk assessment using automation and cognitive services. You will report to a Senior Technical PM Operations Lead where you will find yourself amongst a team that models a culture of inclusion, that supports you in working from a location where you do your best work, whether from office or home. Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the definition of program(s) goals and provides input to the prioritization for the group of features/feature areas (e.g., product, service) they own. Translates the needs of their team into program goals and prioritized deliverables using data-focused analysis, in collaboration with others. Identifies risks and proposes mitigations for risks using data (e.g., telemetry, usage, net satisfaction, customer satisfaction).
  • Defines success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs], Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] such as quality and performance) of a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, service), with limited supervision. Works with Software and Hardware Engineering to ensure needed telemetry is developed. Understands and presents the return on investment.
  • Collaborates with others in orchestrating and integrating efforts for the development and implementation process of a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, services) for cross functional projects with internal teams and external partners. Collaborates and coordinates across teams to ensure alignment on product management and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible.
  • Partners with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, service), with minimal supervision. Learns the value proposition for the group of features or feature areas and answers technical questions of the group of features or feature areas they own.
  • Collaborates with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules (e.g., epics, sprint/semester plans, milestones, timelines, releases) for a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, service). Helps monitor processes and hold stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule and processes. Helps track and manage dependencies to enable cohesive, connected user scenarios and to avoid issues and mitigate risks. Begins to make adjustments or course corrections when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals.
  • Validates use-case and scenario outcomes, and performance targets that are being achieved, with minimal guidance. Drives continuous quality improvements of the delivery.
  • Acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize the group of feature/feature areas (e.g., product, service) they work on with customers via meetings, presentations, and other forums. Participates in direct customer (internal and/or external) engagements to solicit feedback and understand their experiences with the group of features/feature areas (e.g., product, service).

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, solution management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, and/or modern big data technologies.

Other Requirements:

  • The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience shipping a regulatory-focused service.
  • 1+ years of experience designing features end-to-end.
  • 1+ years of experience participating in defining the roadmap, strategy, and go-to-market plans for a major enterprise-targeted product
  • Working knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory artifacts, Audits and customer research to validate project priorities and direction
  • 1+ years of project management experience

Technical Program Management IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 – $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 – $198,600 per year.
