Role description

Clearwater Seafoods is one of North America’s largest vertically-integrated seafood companies with over 1,900 employees in offices, plants and vessels around the world. The Bedford-based company operates from ‘ocean to plate’, owning its own fishing quotas, vessels and processing facilities, while also providing delivery to its customers worldwide.

Main activities

Support employee requests relating to hardware and software by email. phone, and in-person

Manage employee requests in the ticketing tool to ensure accurate history and audit trail.

Adherence to IT processes and policy.
