Role description
Support in the key processes of the Talent Rewards Team: • Reporting and deliverables related to the HR area such as vacations, headcount, organizational charts, accruals, among others • Support in the vendors selection processes and creation in the corresponding systems. • Maintenance and update of employee data in HR information systems (GHRPW – GHRPS) • Information consolidation for internal and external audit requests. • Support to the Payroll team in the payroll cycle and all related sub processes (pre payroll, post payroll, closings, accruals, terminations, vacations, among others) • Support in the management of Benefits that the company grants to the employees in the region • Support in main processes of Compensation as salary structures, salary adjustments, benchmarks, promotions, among others. • Any activity related to the Talent Rewards area.
